Basketball is an interactive sport that requires high physicality and intensity to play. The competitive nature of the sport brings out the edge out of every person to win the game. Therefore, in order to be able to win it all, you must have what it takes! LETS ROLL

Dribbling
Dribbling requires you to bounce the ball with either one of your hands whilst you move or stay stationary. It is one of the basic movement required to learn and master if the players are ready to take their game to the next level. First and foremost, being able to dribble with your head up is vital to the succeeding in a game of basketball. With your heads up, you are able to read your defenders as well as your teammates' movement, whilst showing your self-confidence to your defenders!

Thereby, dribbling drills are much required to improve your handling skills! Drills such as drilling zic-zac around the cones can be a starter to your training. The goals of the training is to learn and practice how to handle the ball with BOTH of your hands. Off-hand dribbling is important, as mastering such skill will allow you to beat your defenders through both left and right, thus keeping your defenders honest.

More advanced techniques such as cross-overs, behind-the-back moves that are demonstrated by elite NBA players require creativity as well as confident handling of the ball. Players such as Steph Curry, Jamal Crawford, Kyrie Irving, Chris Paul and Derrick Rose are the masters of ankle-breakers! Make sure to check them out on YouTube as you can take a page or two out of their books.
